"I joined Alpha Gam in the winter term of 2017, 5 terms into my first Bachelor’s degree. I was from a small town, and when the opportunity to join appeared on my Facebook feed, I had to jump at the chance to make more friends here in Winnipeg. What I wasn’t expecting to get from contacting what I thought was a student group on Facebook was the opportunity of a lifetime. Within just a month of joining, people around me had already noticed how much more confident, outgoing, and happy I was. The women I met and bonded with were phenomenal and have changed me so substantially I wouldn’t recognize myself a year ago, but in the best possible way. The experiences I have had, the women I have met across the continent, and, most importantly, my beautiful, loving, supportive, and intelligent sisters here in Winnipeg have been the best part of my life."

Alpha Gamma Delta Chapter President
Alpha Gamma Delta is an international fraternity for women that exists to provide opportunity for personal development through the spirit of sisterhood. Our mission is to "Inspire the Women and Impact the World" by fulfilling the Purpose set out by our founders.
The Alpha Gamma Delta experience is an innovative educational program designed to provide all members of Alpha Gamma Delta with the tools necessary to become strong, progressive women who make a difference in their communities and in the world. The program was developed with a unique focus on our Purpose. Composed of three separate components, the Alpha Gamma Delta experience recognizes the changing needs of collegiate members during their progression through university life.
The Beta Gamma chapter strives to fulfill the five pillars of greek life - sisterhood, scholarship, philanthropy, leadership, and social - by hosting, planning, and taking part in a variety of events throughout the year. With sisterhood as our base, we seek personal growth and development through the other four pillars. Our objective is to create a lifetime involvement in Alpha Gamma Delta as we promote the value of fraternal membership and a commitment to higher education.
